The Inductions consist of eleven sequential levels, the first of which has 30 CDs. You use a given CD until the material is "integrated", then move on to the next one in the sequence.

The CDs are available as a group or individually in sequence. Each is $16.97, with a discount for getting a set. It is recommended that you use a Sony CD Walkman, Model EJ-010, with Sony MDR-V150 headphones to listen to your inductions.
